In case of discrepancies between the Spanish and English versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Casa Tucán is a legally registered tourist rental apartment under license VT-505577-A, located in Urbanización La Isla 35, in the town of Xàbia / Jávea, province of Alicante, Spain. This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to guests' stays and regulates their rights and responsibilities during the rental period.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The apartment is available for both short-term vacation stays and longer short-term rentals. The minimum stay during the low season is two nights, whereas in the high season, defined as the months of peak tourist demand, a minimum stay of five nights is required. Short-term rentals are available for stays from eleven days to several months, and during the winter season, it is possible to rent the apartment for full months.
All reservations must be paid by bank transfer to the owner's account at Banco Sabadell. Payments must be made in the name of Piotr Michal Baranowicz to the account with IBAN ES7100810619550003030611 and BIC/SWIFT BSABESBBXXX. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Sending an email and making the deposit payment does not automatically guarantee the reservation. Only an official confirmation sent from booking@casatucan.es will constitute a valid confirmation of the booking.
To guarantee the reservation, a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total amount is required, which must be paid within a maximum period of three days following the booking confirmation. The full payment for the accommodation must be made at least thirty days prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made less than thirty days before the check-in date, full payment must be completed within seven days of the reservation and, in any case, no later than two days before arrival.
A security deposit of 300 EUR is required as a guarantee against possible damages to the property. The security deposit must be paid via a separate bank transfer from the accommodation payment. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of ten days after the guest's departure, provided no damages have been identified. In the event of damages, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit, and appropriate documentation will be provided. The presence of damages exceeding the deposit amount does not exempt the guest from legal liability.
In case of cancellation by the guest, the 20% advance payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
