La isla
The most characteristic element of the community area is the biggest pool complex in whole Javea. There are 3 pound like pools with the depth around 1,6m that are inter-connected so that you can swim around the inner island. In the season there are dedicated life guards so that you can relax while your kids are having fun. You can park your car in the residential parking with sun shades.
Pool entrance & the ground floor
Entrance to the house is by the side of commun pool area. There is a terrace with summer table and sun shades, and a porch. Inside you will find a big living room with: air condition, TV, chimney and a dining room with a big table for 8 people. Kitchen is partially connected to the social zone. Additionally you will find small bathroom with a shower, and a small technical zone with washing machine. The living room sofa is convertible for a full size bed.
First floor
Supplementary masters bedroom with a double bed and own terrace exit facing indoor pool area. Children room with full size bunk bed an a singe bed (3 in total). Bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and 2 sinks. Every bedroom is air conditioned.
Second floor
Main masters bedroom air conditioned with own bathroom (bath, toilet, sink) and terrace exit. You have top roof panorama on the indoor pool zone.
