Casa Tucán is a three-level semi-detached house in Urbanización La Isla, a private, well known residential complex in Jàvea (Xàbia), near Dénia.
Recently renovated and fully redecorated with everything we could think of, it feels fresh, stylish, and loved by its owners.
The house is spacious, impeccably clean, open for bookings all year long. It has 2 terraces, its own little garden and is just steps from the swimming pool. All the amenities you need.
Arenal Beach is that perfect spot where you can spend your entire holiday if you don't want to drive at all. Only 500 meters away, with its sandy shore, bars, and fancy restaurants.
But you may also never want to leave the house and pool area.

Just a short flip-flop walk from Playa del Arenal, Jávea’s most loved beach, Casa Tucán is a good blend of comfort, convenience, and Mediterranean charm.
It sits quietly in the gardens of the prestigious Urbanización La Isla, that feels more like a resort, rather than a place where people live all year long. The silent and secure residential complex is well appreciated by both locals and travellers for its proximity to the beach, the well maintained evergreen lawn and gardens, their XXL spectacular lagoon-style swimming pool, and a very peaceful ambiance overall. It never gets too crowded and the pool is open all year long.
Jávea, the favourite Spanish town of many foreigners, is situated in between Alicante and Valencia, on the sunny Costa Blanca. It is visited all year long by travellers loving that laid-back lifestyle, being on the beach, lounging in chiringuitos de playa with cervezas, swimming in super clean waters, craving for that healthy Mediterranean food.
Many outdoor activities in the area make Javea the-place-to-be (yoga classes, biking tours, hiking, sailing and watersports such as kayaking, paddleboarding or diving).

The pool is huge and well-maintained, children both small and big practically did not leave the water during the entire trip. There is a well-maintained garden around, so everyone will find a place for themselves, whether for sunbathing or a siesta in the shade.
